


PrayerMinder for the Palm

PrayerMinder for the Palm displays the Islamic prayer
times for the present day, anywhere on the planet Earth.
It also helps you find the direction of Ka'bah for prayers,
and it allows you to set alarms for any of the prayers,
and also for Tahajjud and Shurooq (sunrise).

Features
- Alarms
NOTE: Due to a limitaion in the Palm, prayers times
can only be calculated when the program is running.
Therefore, whenever PrayerMinder is launched, it
automatically adjusts the alarm warnings if prayer
times change. So, if you use alarms, you should launch PrayerMinder
every few days, so that the alarm times will get
updated.
- Qiblah finder Qiblah direction finder shows qiblah direction
(direction of the Ka'bah) by pointing the device toward the sun.
- Hijri date (adjustable).
- Multiple locations to select from.
- Daylight Savings/Summer time option for each location.

You can find coordinates (latitude and longitude) for various cities of the world
from the prayer times page for each city at this site. Just click on the View Location Data
button on the prayer times page for your city.
